Craig David - 7 Days

7 Days by Craig David (CD) was the second single from Craig Davids' first album, 'Born To Do It', and is his best seilling single to date.

This video follows the story of the lyrics, many video's arent like this (audio match visual), but this way the lyrics make more sense as not only are we hearing about it we are also watching it.

The song starts at 0:28, from 0:00 to 0:27 there is just acting (by CD) - introducing the character and setting the scene. We are first introduced to CD at the start of the video where we see a mid-shot of him at the barbers. He is talking to another character about how he has had "the strangest week ever", as the camera begins to slowly zoom out. The next shot introduces a knew scene, following on from what CD has said about his 'strange week', the knew scene (of CD's bedroom) is actually the visual of what has happend in that week (although he is just repeating the same days over and over again until he gets everything right). We start with an Extreme Close-Up of the clock, where we can see the day (Monday) and we see the time changing from 10.59 am to 11.00 am.




The video continues with the lyrics matching the story, but we keep cutting from the 'flash backs' to CD in the barber shop telling the barber his story.
